Omg when i was about to buy my first plat purchase i would get a deal like when i gonna buy the one tht cost 19.99 dollars i would get 248 plat .. but when i click on the buy sign then it has NO DEAL .. REALLY !! i wanted to buy 248 plat not 165 plat .. REALLY !! SO MAD I ALREADY KNOW WHT TO BUY AND NOW I GOT TO BUY MORE :/ are you 4real -.-'it just a bug ?? I not gonna buy the plat until some worker tells me i will still get my deal on plats -.-" If not i'm just gonna quit because u just made me put my giftcard in 4 no reason ;( NICE YOU WASTED MY GIFTCARD .. Nice job >.<

So a lot of players have been experiencing the same issue including me...and yet the developers seems not to be doing anything about this. Have they.?? Even a response??? If they keep on ignoring this matter where in money is now involved, then they are facing a serious problem. As this can be called SCAMMING...

Guys calm down, I had this prob, but I took the risk, bought the plat, said I got 165 plat, but a sec later it said, I got bonus plat. So basically i got my deal.

Same thing happened to me, I'm sure they will give us our 83 plat that we purchased. I sent a ticket right when it happened, still did not get my bonus plat. Lets wait for STS to get back from Vacation. I kept some screenshots to be safe and have proof.

Hmm... Weird. After downloading an app from free platinum offers to get 1 Platinum that was missing to buy a character slot, when that 1 Platinum got verified I got my bonuses too...

Solved by a developer, not the free plat offer. Just happened in the same time.

You said they return on the 2nd since they were on vacation. I'm saying I seen them post on New Years Eve. Did you read correctly? I'm simply stating that their so called "Vacation" isn't really happening. They clearly see all the posts about missing plat, probably just ignoring them for a while.
