You said they return on the 2nd since they were on vacation. I'm saying I seen them post on New Years Eve. Did you read correctly? I'm simply stating that their so called "Vacation" isn't really happening. They clearly see all the posts about missing plat, probably just ignoring them for a while.

They still have a PC or any mobile internet capable device that They use on their vacation, and They do check in the forums to help if They can. But as if They aren't (weren't) in their offices to reach the game servers and system, They couldn't fix the errors. Now They are back to work and They are fixing issues!

Do you know what vacation is? It means you aren't doing work. Ignoring them for a while means they aren't doing work. I hope that helps.

I have same concern which already runs almost a month. i emailed already support@spacetimestudios.com but still no response nor action made.. I will email yet again and see if you guys will hear me out.
