Hey guys, we are starting to trickle back into the office after our vacation. We're scanning the forums and looking for things like this so yes we're checking out all related forum posts. Customer Service no doubt will be a little backed up but we are here again. Good to be back! Hope everyone enjoyed the holidays!
I have same concern which already runs almost a month. i emailed already support@spacetimestudios.com but still no response nor action made.. I will email yet again and see if you guys will hear me out.
