Thx! Then -65% speed is less fearful in pvp with push/ pull.

Find that DPS is important when combined with speed stats, and DMG is not important (implicitly captured in DPS & speed).

Ballista of velocity will give 168 DPS (after my base DMG without weapon) with speed 1.15, wicked bow of velocity gives 234 DPS 0.57 speed, which one is better? Answer I got is if enemy armor is below 76, then it is better with wicked bow, else it is better with ballista. AO2 enemy tops 106 AMR, so even if I break armor all the time, better with ballista. Formula: (234-168)x1.15x0.57/(1.15-0.57) = 75.72 AMR. Formula check: assume AMR 70, ballista DMG 193.5, hit per sec (HPS) = (193.5-70)/1.15 = 107.2, wicked bow DMG 134.5 gives HPS of 112.2 => if ARM 70, wicked bow is better; now assume AMR 80, ballista HTS 98.5, wicked bow HTS 94.8, so ballista is better.

Similarly, for bear, luminous harpoon of tenacity gives 164 DPS 1.0 speed and limbchopper of destiny 185 DPS 0.9 speed, what is the breakeven AMR? 189! So unless in pvp where enemy AMR is above 189, lambchopper works better.

For Mage, nightmare staff of brilliance gives 155 DPS 1.2 speed, alien staff of brilliance 197 DPS 0.8 speed, breakeven AMR is 101.

Not sure if I got it right.
