Exp display glitch???

2 characters on my same account is showing 2 different things. Concerned about it. Screenshots here:




i have circled the exp. Both characters at level 21. I know level 21 is the cap and we can't gain anymore exp until the next level cap increase. But the display should show the same right?

is it normal that every level needs 1600 XP and level 21 needs 16K XP?

It might as well say 0/1.

Yeah it's normal so it makes it harder to reach level 21 and get the banner
