if i may, let me give you a brief introduction about the language i used.
Sindarin is one of languages used by elf.

Sindarin is also known as "The Noble Tongue" of elves, a language that is used by Grey-elf of Middle-earth. its ancestor, Quenya, is known as "The Ancient Tongue" of elves.

the writing i used, known as Tengwar, one of writings used also in Middle-earth.

overall, both language and writing, is very different from many aspects compared to Latin we know.


an in-guild bonding is a good thing, because that shows that Chivalrous Union is a family.

DO NOT
- DO NOT violate the Code of Chivalry.
- DO NOT cheat or scam.
- DO NOT beg or borrow any gold or item.
- DO NOT re-sell any item donated by guildmates.

*** Guildmate who has violated the above rules will be removed from the guild. ***
*** (Any removal has to be approved by GM, Co Masters or Chief Officers) ***

- Be active and helpful in guild.

- Create a STS forum account.

* Reached normal level cap for that season.

Promotion to Recruiters - Assignment
- GM, Co Masters or Chief Officers can assign suitable members to be promoted to Recruiters.

Promotion to Officers - Self Application
- Recruiters, who fulfill the below requirements, can apply to be promoted to Officers.
* Willing to contribute to the guild.
* Joined for at least one month.
* Promoted as recruiter for at least 2 weeks.
* Reached elite level cap for that season.
* Own a forum account.

Promotion to Officers - Nomination
- GM, Co Masters or Chief Officers can nominate suitable Recruiters to be promoted to Officers.
- GM, Co Masters or Chief Officers can nominate experienced Officers (from previous guilds) to be promoted to Officers.
