Glyph steel rates nerfed?

My guildie just got a glyph steel drop... Also, there've been many glyph steels for sale on the cs... Have the rates been nerfed or something o_O? Sorry if I damage the economy lol xD!

Snake does drop it more then others but it's probably random. I got one and saw 2 drop from snake. But I've seen them drop at the last boss also

I knew that, but I wondered if the drop table itself changed. As in I was getting things rerolled and getting recipes( orange and green) on other maps.
