I noticed! I just had the funny thought of Fanthom Cypts, as Phantom Crypts. Would be pretty funny if it was Phantom Crypts.

Acually quite a few are wrong, and I'm fairly certain there is already a very good guide on this topic.
You left out ozz the merchant entirely from forest haven
Marlon and Jackson in DF sell gear rather than give quests as does slim in glumdoll cemetary and sindbad in fort blackstone.
Idk if any others are wrong but theres a gear seller in lost expedition towne and swamp towne as well i know
