i buy 900 plat 49.99$ but dont work my promo code !? ( invalid )

i buy today 49.99$ ( 900 plat ) googleplay send mail for my order. and i read support for load promo code but only write invalid invalid invalid !! why dont active i buy 11 hours ago. what can i do for use my plats ? googleplay took my money in my credit card!! i send mail support and etc but dont back anyone.

Where is my order number?

You should have received your order number in your confirmation email. It is a long number, here is an example:

15794453143065756354.907656037896827 (We want the bold number).

If you don't have an email you are able to log into Google Checkout and obtain your order number.

write in support! but i try bold number and give invalid code! why dont work bold numbers or i make a mistake for promo code ?

I dont think there is a 'promo' code for platinum. If you purchase plat through game, you should receive it immediately in most cases. If you still haven't received, you should visit http://support.spacetimestudios.com and create a new account and make a new case there, the support team will help you out.
