Strange bug or its intentional..

I have seen that my exilir keeps on running and even exhaust when i am offline too... I get exlir frm npc shazabot and klaas. 15 min from shazabot and 30 min/ 1 hr from klaas.. Earlier it was not running out when i was in town or offline. But now there is a problem. I took one exilir from klaas and now i relogged it was just 3 mins left... Please help me on this..

It definitely should not be counting down while you're offline.

Where did you log out at in the game? And did you quit to menu before logging out, or just close the app? I don't know anything for certain, but your issue might suggest that the act of going into a town or quitting to menu put the "pause" on your elixirs. If you're in an area where your elixir timers are counting down and you simply close the app, perhaps the servers don't recognize that you are offline and your toon is just sitting there for a while before you get auto-logged.

Especially if you're on an android device, where you actually have real multitasking. If, for example, you just finished a jarl run and were in a hurry and just hit your device's home button without porting to town first, then it's possible the game just kept running in the background for a while, with your toon just standing in the combat area with his elixir timers ticking down.

I'm just "thinking outloud", so to speak, so I don't really know. I haven't experienced what you have at all, and I just checked my timers when I saw your post to make sure. If none of that could be the case, then it could very well be a bug.
