Umm sorry mate but it is imposible. Its a quest where you make the armor and weapon but weapon scimatic costs 5 plat and you cant change the color.

There is a NPC in the AO town called "ImAkEyOuRsTaFfReD". Speak to him to craft it.

Maybe your staff will become red oce you kill enough aliens with it (provided they have red blood)
