Hello. Does having a 25% luck elixir improve my chances for getting legendary items during the opening of a chest? The chests I am referring to are the ones in inventory like Copper, Silver, and Gold Banded Chests.

Don't think so only on loot from dungeons.

Nope. I've tried it before by opening one chest and ten chests and fifty chests. No difference.

Loot is different from opening chests.
Prayer, however, can increase the chance of getting a good pinkie. Just pray.
Pray? All you can do is to click "Open" and watch 3 green items come out of the chest.
Only benefit of luck elixer in relation to chests is when they drop. If you get a copper chest you have a chance to reroll to a silver, and if you get a silver chest you have a chance to reroll to a golden. In terms of opening, no effect. It would not make financial sense for STS to have the luck elixers affect the opening of chests. Otherwise everyone would horde chests and periodically get the luck elixer to open a large number of chests rather than getting the luck elixer multiple times over hours of farming.
