Alright , shouldn't be a problem , write in your e-mail that you already did every quest and have 3 vanities & such.

My guild mate got her final quest (which said same thing you quoted) completed tonight. She did what Sciazaratek suggested above, DELETED ring of glory, equipped ONLY two vanity cap items and then talked to Fallen Prince in Blacksmoke. I know you said would just wait for STS, just wanted to let you know worked for her. Good luck. :-)
Thanks for the update! I'm glad your friend got it all worked out. Unfortunately the same effort did not work for me. :-\ No worries! Sts emailed me. I'm sure it will be fixed soon. :-)
Yay! It's fixed! It was a glitch btw. They had to do some STS magic but were able to fix it! ALL quests show complete! Ty STS!
