And give a detailed report on them

Exactly. The reason why scammers get away with it is because we are so blunt with the situation and assume support doesn't have their hands full, therefore will make scammers their priority. That doesn't always happen - in fact, it happens rarely.

Before, you would tell the scammer that you scammed a popular forumer, and that alone would instill enough fear of a possible ban that they would readily hand the items back.
