You can find them all in the CS... About 15k for the talon and the wing, 10k for the leather.

Haven't heard anything, but I do doubt it. It seems more like a set, one green ice 2H for each spec.

are pieces like the iceberg set world drops? or are they boss drops.
im hoping world drops because its easier to farm the first 5 minutes than the whole instance x.x

Boss and miniboss drops...try the last level of frozen nightmares for best results.
