I don't have any intention to police or anything, but it means you actually could get banned for doing so. If something you're buying/selling doesn't fit in the trade window, it's not allowed.

Selling guilds is bannable, someone a while ago was also a legit guild seller (he never scammed), and he came on crying to the forums he got banned by helping platless players by selling them tier 3 guilds.
