Elite banded copper chest, Elite copper chest "2" - what's the difference ?

Hi

I went for my first elite run and have got Elite copper chest II and then I realized that I cannot find it in AH except Elite banded copper.
Could you tell me what's the difference between these too ? and this "II" appendix, what the hell it is ?

I'm confused cause i do not know what to do with it :P what chance for pink awaits in this chest II, I can not also sell it because i do not know its price and what is more curious, I can not find it in AH -..-

Normal elite chest II's usually have trash pinks .. Opened 20 myself today, and kept getting mighty ranger cloak of savvy (like 3-4 times). Besides that, I got a bunch of juggernaut items and a trashy trollbane
Id go for elite banded chests if I were you.

The #2 chests cant be sold.
