What are Guild Alliances?

I've often heard the term, also in my guild's site. What does having an alliance mean? How do I get one?

Allies are "friend" guilds. If you have a good friend I AL, and both of you are in different guilds, you can create alliances, and help eachother. These alliances are unofficial because AL doesn't have any ally system.

Acutally... the guild feature in legends games... as of now is very limited.
