If its your very first time buying on that email i believe on AL.
Idk if it matters if you ever bought in the other games. So see if anyone else responds

I think it's based on your account. So if you're using the same email on AL as another STS game in which you bought plat, it won't work. At least that's how I understand it to be. I've never actually bought plat in AL because there isn't much need for it... yet :/ But I have bought some in PL with the same email.

You best wait and see if a dev/mod replies to this thread or pm one of them here on the forums and see if you get a response.

As others said. It might be based account wise. I dodmt.receive no bonus plat, yet ive purchased on other sts.genes. just ask and you might receive.

It is not, I played PL a long time ago and bought plat there. Now I play AL, same email, and got the bonus here as well.

I played and bought plat in SL and I got the bonus when I made my first purchase in AL.

As far as I know, it should show the first time buyer discount for your first time buying Arcane Legends platinum. There are platform issues, as Chrome and Flash clients do not display the bonus.

I been trying to figure this out I have a Chrome book but doesn't show the discount is it just a visual bug or does it not offer?

I only play Arcane legends and it would be the first time that I ever bought platinum so it will work I'm playing it on iPad 4
