we got some problems

hi friends.
Am a new player . me&my friends have some problems/bugs
1. Cant acces keyboard (even our ping is yellow)
2. autoreset last xp's when we got disconnected
3. sometimes lag like hell


please fix it or gimme some solutions

For all these problems may I ask what device you are on?

No Answear for the first one, I don't know your device.....

This happens, don't know what to say but just keep chugging along.

Also on the problem of lag, it seems prevalent in watcher tombs and PvP, this is not your problem though STS will tell u it is. But on the other hand they have told us it isn't their's either, and i have come to see that the mods dont lie at all costs, so I am blaming Martians.

Many factors could be causing this..
Like world youre playing at, where, how many people are using the same connections, and what device

im not having much a problem with it ever since we got a new router
i just gotta be in the right place where my signal is really good.. unfortunately my signal is really bad in my room LOL
i have to be in the living room to play, and i rarely get high ping
