Where did people get that black crier coat armor? I heard it came from allies, but I never got one.
I'm lvl21, can I still drop a (approx lvl 12-14) Spidersilk hat from Rook's Hideout?
Edit// I just tried trading the hat with a lvl14, and she/he told me that the game said that it cannot be traded.
