Did any of u receive a notification message of 10plats free offer. It says for u to go to sts page n log in. The page really looked like an official too but i never get anything except for a numerous dc afterwards. Im afraid ive compromised my account bcs i did log in.... hmmmmmmmm...

Dude... it wasnt a notification, it was someone named that, that website is a fake, if you enter your account info they take your account.

OMG! What should i do??! I have at least 500k assets on my character! I really thought tht it was an official coz d page even hv links to d sts homepage!

I'd contact support RIGHT away and use the email your account was on. Wish you luck man.

change ur password! Or give the items to another accoutn

Ive already contacted support but still no reply. I guess nobody is working on sunday. Yeah i wish... argh i wanna play ok kraken!!

Just type in "I forgot my password" in the login screen. It'll make a random password for you and send that new password to your email.

You have to be VERY careful when you see those free platinum offers from websites. Spacetime will never ask for your account info. If it truly was a free platinum offer, they would have asked for the name of the character and what game you'd like it in only (Like the weekly raffle in the Spacetime insider section). Also, double check to see that this free offer is from spacetimestudios.com, and not some other ending like .net .org etc. Those websites are fraudulent and are scams. If you're unsure if an offer is real or not, send a private message to one of the admins on this forum.

The best advice is to NEVER share your account info.

DON'T EVER DO THOSE WEBSITE OFFERS THAT WANT YOUR INFO IF YOU WANT PLATINUM DO THE WEEKLY RAFFLE,DO APP DOWNLOAD OFFERS, OR JUST BUY SOME PLATINUM! Ok?
