best skill for sorcerer

im new in sorcerer char... what skill will unlock to be both pve and pvp player?

Stats pure intelligence and skills max Fireball, Lightning. 3 Gale. (2 Heal or 1 Heal / 1 Arcane Shield). Ofc this is my opinion .

Full fire bolt and full heal along with a good ice bolt and time snare (add 25% dex +50%intellegence+25%str)
