Question on Mythic....

New expansion they are saying mythic body to go with mythic helms.....but new expansion = 31 cap I would imagine. So would kinda render the set useless at 26 helm and 31 body?? Also Arcane weapons for new expansion rouge at moment is 26 so warrior/mage going to have a 31 weapon....kinda unbalanced and a bit strange...What do you all think?? I know the expansion has just came out and other one is a long while away but just a thought!

Good question, I assume there would be the same helm, but mythic lvl31, in crates after expansion, and lvl31 arcane weapons
Current lvl26 mythic/arcane items would escalate to twinks of lvl26 ^
Would be nice to hear officials

Good question. I hope a dev can shine some light on the subject. It would be weird if mythic items are supposed to form a set that the current helm wouldn't be usable anymore. Maybe a stats bonus of some sorts when combining helm and armor could be implemented?

I've mentioned this on a post even before the update went up, when everybody complained about rogues having new arcane weapons and armors.

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that the gear would escalate when expansion came out I don't remember tho

Mythic: There is a Mythic rarity Helm available for each class. The plan is that a Mythic rarity Armor for each class will drop in the next expansion to match. In the expansion after that, these Mythic rarity Helm and Armor set will be able to be turned in for an improved set.

In the Mythic/Arcane sneak peak post. So in the 36 cap we'll be able to turn in both pieces, the helmet from this cap and the armor from next cap, for what i assume will be a top of the line 36 set.

Maybe when the next expansion comes out, mythic helms will drop as 31s, so you would need to refarm it again like you normally would and the 26 mythics will be for twinks.

That would be annoying and a money loss IMO.
