question about movement speed

Does movement speed affect attack speed and/or charge rate? When I have the elixir, it seems to do both. Much appreciated.

AFAIK, movement speed only affects how fast your character can move from point A to point B, nothing to do with attacks.

they need to fix this, it doesnt make sense movement speed deals with the body as a whole
so if movement speed is up 25% you should deal more damage , charge attacks shouldnt be counted "just a thought if they were increased they would charge in a instinct"
only normal swings should be effected not skills
