Dear GM's,

Why you made the game 100% no miss when your enemy @pvp hit you by skill attack? In other mmorpg,
the skill attack can possibly dodge by chance..only the normal hit can dodge that is not good ah ah...tsk tsk...i suggest edit the game that the skill attack can dodge by chance. Alright? Anyways..congrats for being no. 1 now..
