Hi Apis,

To become officer you must be nominated by an officer and voted in by the officers.

How do you get nominated? By being active, helpful, friendly, and trustworthy.

Note: I don't nominate people myself because it makes officers shy to give honest opinions. So I rely on my officers to nominate potential officers.
