Visually, can't see any difference in damage or anything "exploding". Only can see orange "smoke" around the character. What does it actually do? I was hoping to see the enemies "explode" on impact or something.

Thats the effect for +15dex. These procs don't always proc together, meaning theres two different procs. Anyway barrel explosion is aoe damage proc. Atleast i think it is. Just test it enough and you'll see the actual explosion visual effect
