What is the best Blaster?

I think the Ryloxx, with a good crit bonus, 3 M/s, and some Dex, is the best for a bird.

i got 3 had for but sold my jt a lvl 45 ryloxx is ossm but a thoth is very helpful wit the mana regen aswell in other words use a ryloxx though the dex is very helpful and the m/s hels too
