    Default Devs read please

    I lost my account, due to factory ressetting. I don't know my email but I know my password. Can you please send my a pm of to what email I used. If it helps I did buy loads of platinum

    My characters names are
    Gizzey
    Fhup
    Burdpower
    Gizzeyrhino anda few others but those are my secret characters. I went all day yesterday without playing pocket legends, and I was eager to buy more plat so I,could respec, but when it wasnt letting me, I factory resset my phone and now I just dont know the email I used to access my pocket legends account. I think I,mispelled my email because each email I try, it takes me to make a new account with a new password. But I already know my password but I forgot my email, and Im just a bit worried because I spent alot of money and time on that account, that I wouldng really like to do all over again. I just made a guest account to try to have something to do and it as horrible, starting off as a level 1 without cool looking gear or all my vanities made me miss my account more. I just wanted to spend this Monday pvping with my guildies, so if you can help out today that would be great

    You would do better sending them a private message or by emailing support@spacetimestudios.com or by pressing the support button at the top of the page. Once you have submitted your enquiry be prepared to be patient. The devs are only human and although your request may seem particularly urgent to you, they will have many similar requests to wade through, especially after the weekend. Give them some time.

    I just wanted to make sure a dev or mod read this, and I couldn't be sure if none has responded on my thread. I just dont want to be stuck watching Qubo for the rest of the week. Theres a snowstorm here so the only source of internment I have is pocket legends, arcane legends in unplayable due to my reduced internet speed, it lags crazily, but pocket legends doesnt, and pocket legends can entertain me for up to 12 hours. I sent a email but Im not so sure its being sent, I sent about 3, but since my connection speed is so slow I dont know for sure. I tried pming samhayne but I dont think my pms get sent due to my phone type, but I can recieve pms and respond back to those, but I cant be the first one to send them. So I thought another thread would help me out if they saw it

    This method you may get a response within the next 6 months

    Yeah I'd probably send them a private message and explain what has happened. They're always fast to reply and help resolve whatever problem you may have.

    I am sorry to hear this but honestly I've never had a problem. But October has been an awfully long time to wait. I don't think anyone could accuse you of being impatient! Perhaps a follow up pm?

    Meh. Wasn't anything serious and happened soon after it took a week to receive plat I bought. Last time I purchased in. Ironic?

    Well, just like crim, I have actually 2 emails I sent them (sometime between November and December) and even followed them up with another one.

    Im still waiting. Im still getting notifcations that my daily blessings is are ready. Does missing your daily blayings affect your luck on getting a 3xcombo, I've had a good habit of getting to my blessings on time, but unfortunatly due to a mistake of not remembering my info before I factory reset missed out on this one

    Your daily blessings will no doubt reset once you get back in game. Tbh its not really any hardship. Personally I get more x3 combos on days 1-4 than on day 5. Infact I often reset after day 4 to save me having to suffer more shields and antennas!
