Missing Vip chest

Can anybody explain me how to get this chest? Because lot of people got it but i don't find it in my stash...

These unlocked crates were put in the stash of accounts that had previously spent $25 or more on Arcane Legends. We do VIP rewards from time to time and generally use different criteria to reach different groups of players. If you didn't make it this time, maybe you'll get it next time around.

If your device had logged on to an account that met the criteria, then your device would receive the push note. That generally is only an issue for users who share account information

Now I only spent 10$ for actual platinum, but I completed 2 pay offers do they not count?

Nope, only the transactions with sts count. Pretty sure sts gives the offer companies a STEEP discount so they can give it away for your purchase form them, and they (the offer company) still make money. And pretty sure plat costs sts nothing after the original programing costs and maintaining the transactions, so probably pretty darn cheap to where they could almost give it away, as long as they aren't giving away more than they sell. It's a business, pretty sure someone there has program with operating costs and plat sales comparisons to keep an eye on it.

Anywho, no, the 3rd party stuff, even the ones that give plat for a purchase don't count towards your plat purchase total. Sorry.

I got 2 purples and a deep sea amulet of riposte. I figure it's a total profit of 30 gold if someone will buy it.
Totally worth the money I spent on plat lol.

Sts, in the casino world they call it a comp. Its usually a good gift for appeciation of the money spent, to entice the gamblers to stick around and spend more money, not another losing bet, that never works. Just saying. Thanks for doing something for the people that spent money

It's the same thing as a locked crate, except it doesn't have an opening fee.
