Free Platinum - CoolPic problem

Hi,

Not sure where this post is suppose to be...

I download a free offer called CoolPics. I am able to download it, but unable to open the file. All it gives me is the file to download, which I can, but the program won't open, it just lets me 'download' it again.

Any ideas on what I can do?

Wait so you can just download the install file, not actually install it and get the plat?

I installed it and TRIED opening it, idk if you can just install it

I did the same thing even installed it and didn't get crap same with the nielson software

Yeah not sure, got the installation file, open it goes through the installing process. It gets to the end, crashes google chrome. I restart chrome and it say that it was downloaded that the computer needs to be restarted. So i restart it and there is no file/application to open.

*shrug*

I am just going to uninstall it, and run avast just to be sure....
