sts support - please help....

I had an issue months ago and sts support went beyond anything i could have imagined and solved my problem.
Now i have another issue and i am unable to reach them for support.
This new website has a "contact us" icon that asks for email and password.
It will not take my password and when i go to "forgot my password" it tells me an email will be sent to me.
I have done this many times over the last few days and never received an email.

If someone could give me an email address to contact sts for Arcane Legends support i would appreciate it.

Please help me.

Wait for another month or few weeks. They'll solve it.

They have been outstanding in the past and i hope they get a hold of me soon.
A contact email for them is really all i need to get started with a resolution.
