Changing Key Commands (Potion/Mana/Special Skills bar)

OK as the title says,

Is there a way to change the key command in the lower right, where the potions/mana are, as well as the keys (1-5) where I can put my skills? I use my keyboard to play and going from potion to skill (1) have become a problem, I've used up *a lot* of potions, when I don't want to!

I believe the only way to do that is to purchase a gaming keyboard with programmable keys
