Clarifying Arcane Hooks and Mythic Helms In the Next Expansion

Just to clarify a bit more:

-Hooks and helms dropping will be lvl 31 after the expansion?

No. As I understand it, they will always be level 26 items.

-Hooks and helms will inly drop grom elite pirate chests and not from locked crates after the expansion?

I'm sorry, but I don't have the specifics of how that will be implemented. We'll have to wait and see.

And I feel that helms will be useless compared to top helms in next expansion. I'm just saying based on the rate at which last 2 expansions raised stats. You'll probably lose out on hp/armor at such extent that I think they'll not be worth using... just saying, know you don't have items for the next update

Until we actually have the items to compare, there is no way you can make those claims. I am trying to convey that the intent of the Dev Team is to have the Mythic Helms still be competitive.
