How To Get to The Dragon's Jewel

HELP PLEASE

I can't get to The Dragon's Jewel, when I try to go I just get "you cannot travel..... until completing the previous area", but I don't know what I've missed that's important.

The only quests I have to do are :-
(Daily) Remembrance
A worthy companion
Stormy seas
En Garde

Any help would be great ty

Are you trying to go there directly from the map?

If so, go to Paradise Pier then walk along the jetty to get to the ship that way, you should then be able to go to the ship by using the map from then on.

I think I read somewhere that you need to complete the gypsy line quests before getting access. Not 100% sure though.
