Looty Toons is a new guild. We are seeking members of a mature level, as well as members that operate on a higher level than your average players. We want to fill out guild with players who understand the game well, farm for their Toons and assist one another in reaching the next level in their games. There is a council of members who all share leadership within the guild. (see members list below). All recruiting will be done on a vote basis within the council.

BE RESPECTFUL OF THE GUILD:
No bad mouthing or insulting of the guild, its officers or members. This will not be tolerated in guild chat or open chat.
If a person has an issue that cannot be respectfully resolved by pm then they must pm an officer of the guild so they may help solve the problem. If a resolution can not be meet, the council will decide who to boot. All decisions are final.


NO DRAMA:
There will be no drama of any kind tolerated. We all wish to be treated with regard and respect of our feelings and beliefs and therefore should do the same.
With that said no back talking about or directly to an Council members will be tolerated. Also if a person refuses to obey Council when they are asked to quit doing something that is a violation of our guidelines and or the STS Terms of Service agreement they will be kicked out of the guild and banned from returning.
If someone has an issue with how a member or officer that is acting or treating others, it must be brought to the attention of the Council.


NO BEGGING:
This is self explanatory, we're an elite guild. If you need stuff go out and get it do not spam guild chat or beg. Period.
You will be warned ONCE on the second occasion you will be removed from the guild.


TRADING BUT NO SCAMMING:
The lending of items between players is acceptable, however it is recommended that you should lend your items expecting not to get them back.
The trading of items in the guild is allowed. When selling items through guild chat you may only post once or twice to notify people. It is recommended that when trading with guild members that deals should be made considerable lower than in CS and with players outside the guild.
Scamming of guild members into buying any item for more than it is worth is not allowed and will result in an immediate booting and banning from the guild.
Time may be bought in the guild, but it is preferred that guild members help each other without being bribed. But if a gold or item fee is agreed upon then this fee must be paid as agreed between the two guild members. Once again though we recommend that this is rather done a courtesy.
If any attempt is made by a guild member to scam anyone by offering items or gold to get personal information they will be immediately reported to STS support by email and the person will be permanently banned from our guild as this is a direct violation of our rules and the STS Terms of Service agreement.


PROMOTIONS INTO THE COUNCIL:
Any member can be brought into the Council
The Council will decide who and when players are brought in.
Asking to become a member of the Council will only prolong you not being invited in.


RECRUITING:
All members are voted into the guild.
All votes are made by the Council and all votes are FINAL.
There currently are NO RECRUITER positions. This is done to limit the number of members and all new members can be properly screened.
