Problems playing with flash version on pc

I have not been able to log on to AL and successfully play on a mac. I have tried both firefox and safari. I have tried deleting the downloaded info from and redownloading it. I have tried restarting and coming back in. The first time I try to play, it will let me log on, but I can't change screens. After that, I can't get in at all until I delete the downloaded info and try again. I am running the newest updates of firefox, safari, and flash. Is there any way of fixing this?

I had a somewhat similar problem on my windows pc when using Firefox. For whatever reason, it had the memory that flash could use set super low. I could sign on but not change screens/areas etc. I checked my flash settings and it was only allowed to use a few kb of memory. I changed it to unlimited and then it was fine. Not sure if you are having the same prob or not. But it's worth a try.
