All game vanity and archievements... What next?

After lvl cap I switched to farming from pvp and now i have all plat and non plat vanity including all pets, masks etc... Never thought that I will tell this but DL is getting boring for me right now, there is a dilemma what should i do next?

So there is a question - how you guys spend your time after getting whole achievements and items here?
