    Default All Level 25+ Content Is Now Scaled For Player Power Up To 31

    With the release of the Battle for Nordr today, some players have commented that older content "feels harder" for level 25 and 26 characters. It is. Let me explain.

    If you were level 26 running the Hauntlet yesterday, maybe you could have tanked through it and not really been challenged or needed to use much in the way of potions. Today, you might find that same content a bit more challenging at level 26. This is because the monster auto scaling against player level has been rebalanced for 31 as the new cap. If you want to run the Hauntlet like that, you'll need to level up to 31 and get the best gear (like you were at 26) and then the Hauntlet will probably feel like it did before.

    TL: DR version - go level up!

    I have a question: So basically, If I have a Sealord helm for sorcerer lvl 25, if I turn 26 it will also turn 26 and stats will change on the Sealord helm?

    Basically the content has increased in damage output and in health to coincide with players lvling to 31 , so at the moment that your lvl 26 it feels as if you aren't putting that big of a dent into the mobs, And this iswhy. I hope that helps ssimply it a bit more.

    It has always been this way, low level = easy mob, high level = tough mobs. Monsters always scale "bigger" than players, just an unpleasant part of level based MMO's.

    What sam means by 'scaling' is the bosses have been toughened according to lvl 31 difficulty. in short, difficulty setting on boss has been increased. To beat them easy, you need to level up to 31 and equip yourself with lvl 31 gear. No, your lvl 25 helm wont level up or scale itself. You gotta buy higher level stuff!

    Maybe why it was easier for meb than these complaints ib waited till lvl 30 for content and got newer better items

    So why only hauntlet is harder? Shouldn't mobs in tombs, mines or in bards quests scale up to?

    Quiet u! If they take that away from us, I honestly wouldn't even bother playing anymore. I can deal with farming the hauntlet nerf, but if they made stories harder, it wouldn't be worth many people's time! If tombs were harder, everyone would just play normal mode. What "would" be nice is if you killed a boss that it gives you much more exp!
