The Dictator is without a doubt the best comedy film I have ever seen
I dont have just one favourite but I love Shawshank redemption it's not the newest but its definitely a classic although a film I watched recently that I loved was Django Unchained

I've actually seen 3 Idiots with English subtitles, it had a nice mix of comedy and seriousness.
