I will caveat this by saying that I don't do too much lvl10 PvP, but it seems to me that heal does very
little at lvl10 and you may be better served by a third offensive skill. Fire, light and frost would be ideal.
Just my two cents, although if it works for you go for it
Build won't matter one bit verses pun lol he will beat any Mage at any lvl he plays
