Blue dragon ring-+1 Hit %
+10 Health and Mana pool
+1 Mana regeneration
+7 DPS (Damage per second)
+10 Damage
+5 Armor


Golden dragon ring-+1 Hit %
+1 % Critical
+10 Health and Mana pool
+1 Health and Mana regeneration
+8 Damage
+6 DPS (Damage per second)
+5 Armor


Green dragon ring-+5 Hit %
+10 Health and Mana pool
+1 Health regeneration
+10 Damage
+7 DPS (Damage per second)
+5 Armor



Red dragon ring-+5 Hit %
+1% Critical
+10 Health and Mana pool
+10 Damage
+7 DPS (Damage per second)
+5 Armor

It actually does add a certain amount of dps. It adds base dmg. dps is the number you get from dividing the average base dmg by the speed of the weapon you are using. So the amount of dps added depends on the weapon.
