Pocket legends doesn't start up anymore! (HELP)

Hey, I have got a problem with my Ipod Touch 2nd Gen.

Today, I tried to play Pocket legends (it had to download new .pak files for the AO3 update). After I tried to purchase some platinum, but told me the itunes terms had changed and I had to accept them first. So I clicked 'ok' and it got out of the game.

After accepting, I tried to start Pocket Legends, but it almost immediately crashes!
The 'Spacetime Studios' bootscreen appears for a few seconds, and I can see the login screen for about half a second after it crashes and exits the app.

I have never had this problem before and I think it is because of the update AO3!
I already re-installed pocket legends and rebooted my ipod touch.
I own an Ipod touch 2nd gen, software version 3.0 (7A341)

/edit: I should mention I am jailbroken, though PL always worked before and I didn't change one single thing on my ipod.

How can I see crash logs ?

If you plug in your device and sync it, you can then find the crash logs in the following locations:

osx: ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>
win7/vista: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Applecomputer\ Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<DEVICE_NAME>
wxp: C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\<DEVICE_NAME>

I couldn't wait any longer so I updated to 4.1 and jailbroke it. Works again!
