Personally I think the devs should permit violations of the ToS against these people. Maybe that's not a professional way to deal with rule breakers, but it'd certainly keep them away more than a ban would, not that they do either of these.

So you guys call me a booster and say i have no pvp skills. Then I call your BS and own you in pvp then you call me a hacker. I own you guys when you 3v only Me and call me a noob kiter. No rules were broken i have read the TOS plenty of times. I have fun rushing every one thats not in my guild and you noobs just get mad.
