Question about 70-71 pvp?

I'm debating between the following sets for my bird to use:
L71 Beastly Scythe Set
L71 Flying Recurve Set
L71 Flying Talon Set
L70 Phantom Crossbow Set
L70 Crusher Set

If you want to be an OP nub, go with beastly. If you want to kite and dodge, go phantom, if you go for hit/dmg, go flying.
