No more exp gained?!?

Hi, I have two characters (Silverdog lvl 23, SilverDawg lvl 17).. And ever since beating the end bosses of Fort Blackstone, they will not get any exp after killing any mobs! I know it's not a lvl cap for Fort Blackstone since my lvl 17 char is more like ll 17.10 (17 and a bit more showing on the bar). And why would you cap one character at a lower lvl then the other? I'm vary reluctant to put any more money into this game if my characters will not lvl up!

The balefort campaign is for levels 15-20. You can gain diminished XP for an additional 3 levels beyond the campaign max. So you can get to 23 in Balefort. If your 17 is not gaining XP and you are sure you are playing balefort, then go to your settings on that character, and make sure that disable XP gain is not checked.
