AO3 Not in List

I have buy AO3 for 20 platinum but now its Not in the List to Start a Level. In the Store i canot buy it again. Have AO3 any Restriction to Start? (Quest,....)

It is listed under Trials of the Overlord. You need to reverse sort and can see them at the top.
