Where do people farm elites now?

Back at lv16/21 I remembered running jarl all day, so where do people farm elites now? My gear is mediocre so anyone know a good place where I can start elite farming?

Um Elite Oltgar, though I'm not very into the times. Basically you farm for what you want. I think Oltgar is your best bet atm. Maybe someone else would give their opinion?

Yes, Oltgar not is tje best place to farm.
