Where do these drop from???

So I've been wanting to farm for some good loot for a while now, but I have no idea where to start!

Where does the:

• Agile Lighttheif of potency (I think that's the name??)
• Deprived blades of potency
• shipmaster's bow
• the other bow... I think it's called bonechill?
• nefarious hooks of blackbeard

Drop from??????? (These are weapons that I've heard are good... but idk for sure.)

Also, can someone inform me of what weapons are good? I'm so noob with these kind of things lol.

2. Locked Crates
3. Locked Crates
4. Locked Crates
5. Previously from Locked Crates, now in Elite Pirate Chests I and II

Obviously you're a rogue so I'd suggest you use Incandescent Blades of Tactics and BonechillBow of Potency if you're not lucky in finding The "Hooks".
